ACCOMMODATIONS

We have secured two hotels—the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside and the Hyatt Regency Rochester— for conference participants. Both hotels are connected directly to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center (where the conference activities will be held) in downtown Rochester (within walking distance to the Jazz Festival).

Rates and information for each hotel are listed below. Both hotels offer complimentary high speed internet access in all occupied guest rooms and hotel lobbies. Both hotels offer free shuttle service to and from Rochester International Airport, as well as the Rochester bus and train stations. If you are travelling by car, both hotels also offer parking at their facilities and there is also public garage parking for your convenience (rates are found below).

We have made a major commitment to the City of Rochester and these conference hotels to secure a large block of quality hotel rooms that are competitively priced and conveniently located. SDT organizers are legally bound to fill these rooms, and if we do not do so it will have severe financial implications that will affect our future conference rates. Thus, we would very much appreciate it if you would book rooms in these hotels.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms will fill up fast so please book early to make sure you receive discounted conference rates. Also, because the Rochester International Jazz Festival is happening the same weekend as the conference, please be aware that hotel room availability may be limited if you wait to book your room after the hotel reservation deadlines.
